Our ad budget has gone towards targeting customers with higher purchase intent, helping us to recoup ad budget and improve revenue.
Allied Brass, a premium manufacturer of high-quality decorative hardware, needed to optimise and increase revenue from its Google Shopping channel without increasing costs.
The brand’s key aims were to get in front of customers with high purchase intent (without skyrocketing ad costs) and to make its ad spend work harder and smarter.
Our platform identified specific, high-intent search terms driving the most revenue. This helped us bid more aggressively for these terms to increase conversions while bidding less for generic terms and saving ad budget.
Rather than chasing metrics like impressions, our Google Ads strategy focused on high-value clicks most likely to convert. This pivot helped us save on ad budgets and generate more revenue.
When comparing July to December 2024 to the same period in 2023, Allied Brass saw its click-through rate increase by an impressive 69%, highlighting a significant boost in ad engagement.
Interestingly, overall impressions dropped by 62% during this period, but the overall conversion rate increased by 87%. This shows that sometimes, less is more and that precisely targeting high-quality traffic is far more important than general impressions.
